Introduction to the Creative Church concept
This Crescendo Lounge will give participants a brief experience of a Creative Church service and share more information about how to use this format.
Creative Church is a project of Crescendo International, a ministry among classical and jazz musicians and other artists. The Creative Church concept was borne out of a realisation that people in the postmodern world are more interested in a holistic experience of God than mere preaching.
The Arts play an essential role in conveying a message to the heart. Crescendo helps churches have begun to rediscover the power of God-inspired music and art to reach people with the Gospel. Crescendo aims to bring works of art into the church in a variety of musical formats.
