Brent Assink retired in 2021 as chief of philanthropy of Fuller Theological Seminary and executive director of The Fuller Foundation. He served 18 years as executive director of the San Francisco Symphony; before that, he was the general manager of the San Francisco Symphony and president of the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra.
